Jan 14th 2021. This has been an issue for months. Still cannot verify my emails. We need this to assign in our email campaigns. Also, add a "Resend Verification" button to the drop down.

I know there are a lot of reports saying groovemail is not working. We cant verify/add Sender. And obviously groovemailserver.com is still blacklisted. Ticket had been sent but no response at all. I just want to know is there a timeframe for this situation to be fix? I am new with email marketing and are now stuck without a working autoresponder. I can't launch any campaign without the email responder to work. Groove Team, we appreciate if you guys at least let us know what is the progress and what had been done. We all been waiting blindly without any response from the team. Im a paying Platinum member and i see future with Groove products but i had doubts now. I wish my investment is worth with Groove.

Hi! I'm trying to start using groovemail, but I cannot cause I can't verify the sender. My hosting provider told me groovemailserver is Blacklisted on spamhaus.org . Please, do the necessary to take out the server from the blacklist. Thanks

Trying to set up my funnel for selling GrooveFunnels but cannot verify my sender in GrooveMail. Tried several times. Not funny. Not helping.

When adding a new sender an email should be sent out to verify the email address. But I haven't received any email. I tried it with two different email accounts and both with the am result. Is there any limitation to which email provider this can be done?

Hi - I set up two emails as senders in groove mail. I received a confirm email verification request for only one. I verified it and it confirmed as verified . I didnt receive an email for the other one. The email that I verified still shows as unverified.

Clicking on confirm in sender verification email takes me to the sender verified page. However in GrooveMail sender remains unverified. Cannot progress.

Can somebody please help me with this. I cannot seem to verify my sender details. I have tried my, ICloud email, msn email, 2 private AWS server emails. An error pops up saying "domain sender has been blocked if i use my GMAIL accounts." I feel disconbobulated with this issue.
