GrooveMember is frozen
I am unable to add any new posts or edit any existing posts. Nothing happens when I click on anything inside GrooveMember builder.
GrooveMember is not saving changes
Hi, so you are able to edit and make changes and then click into another page, then if things time out and you click save, I get Login Expired and all the changes are lost! Two things you need, save between pages, not have to Save & Exit, just Save. Don't allow changes without the security time out check. What's the point allowing editing to then not allow saving.
Membership Builder navigation
In the Membership Builder, you should be able to navigate using the output, not just using the side menu.
Iframe resized to 400px height on save
Hi, I encountered a bug where an embeded iframe is resized to height:400px when I save the membership page. Please see video for details: https://www.loom.com/share/3328397ff70d4bd98928bb12b5f2b0c3 Please fix that as soon as possible. This is really frustrating because there is nothing I can do to prevent that.
Only 1/3 of a Video showing In membership of 200 videos
https://share.getcloudapp.com/xQu7jPvp Its been over 3 months since this bug occurred. I put in hundreds of hours to build this membership and shut down my main site thinking we were far enough down the road. It was working originally then this bug occurred and has never been fixed. Please fix so I can actually make some money with all my efforts.
I can't delete members in groovemember. Also login information isn't always sent/recieved and it doesn't help to resend. Since I can't see the password I can't give it to them manually either.
Files not protected
The download link for an uploaded file has no protection. Anyone with the link can download it. This is a critical component of any membership system. All standard established membership platforms have this capability. Please ensure that only logged-in users with appropriate access can download files. I suggest that rather than having a completely separate bucket for files, that files be a part of a specific membership, and that access to them be controlled in exactly the same way it is for content modules.
