Support Ticketing system

I am not sure if this has already been covered or even exist. So far I do not see reference to my previous support requests. I believe it would be most beneficial to GD staff and members to have a ticketing system to track submissions and resolutions. Could this be included in the Roadmap?

@Head Long: you might want to actually open up a ticket and not in the feaure requests....and i would suggest you be patient... it will be worth it in the long run..mark my words

@Demetris D-Papa: I agree with Demetris this is normal to be buggy this way that is why they are giving this amazing deal for lifetime groove platinum. Beta is Beta, unfortunately lol but think of yourself as an investor of the company to help fund it while it´s improving Mike Filsaime and John Cornetta are serial entrepreneurs that built very successful companies like Webinar Jam which was very innovative I am confident this will be the same and the entire Groove Team will rock your socks.
